I am Ezzat Karbouj, a Syrian national with over 22 years of professional experience in administrative and executive support roles, primarily in the telecommunications and corporate sectors in Kuwait. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies – Systems from the Arab Open University, and I’ve served in senior roles such as Executive Personal Assistant to the CTO and Network Director at STC Kuwait, as well as a Site Acquisition Admin Assistant.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong organizational, coordination, and decision-making skills, handling high-level administrative tasks, legal documentation, project tracking, and vendor communication. I am fluent in Arabic and English, proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Prezi, and known for my adaptability, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
Currently residing in Kuwait, I am seeking a challenging administrative or managerial role in Syria where I can contribute my international experience to support business goals and operational excellence.
